iOS Screen Sharing Enhancements
Screen sharing on iOS is now faster and sharper. Zoho Assist now supports peer-to-peer connectivity within intranet environments for faster screen data transport, along with H.265 codec support for higher quality visuals at lower bandwidth. Local sessions are cleaner and more responsive than before.
Event Viewer in Diagnostic Tools
You can now view and export Windows event logs directly from the Diagnostic Tools panel in Zoho Assist, without leaving the session. Browse Application, Security, Setup, System, and Forwarded Events logs, filter by level, source, or event ID, and export in XML, EVTX, TXT, or CSV format. No more asking customers to pull logs manually.
Windows Terminal — Now fully interactive
Zoho Assist is the first remote support solution to bring full interactivity to the Windows Terminal. You can now use complete keyboard support and run interactive commands directly within the terminal during a session, giving technicians the same hands-on control they would have sitting in front of the machine.
Elevate to Admin Mode for Android device
Technicians can now elevate an active session to Admin Mode directly from the mobile app. This gives you full administrative privileges mid-session, so you can handle advanced system configurations and respond to Windows UAC prompts without interrupting the workflow or switching devices. Learn more.
