Zoho Associates Contacts with Multiple Accounts
I have several instances where a contact moved from one company to another, or a contact with the same first & last name may exist with another account. The problem I'm having is, when I complete an activity for a contact and have it associated with the correct account, the same completed activity shows up for other accounts the contact should not/was not associated with. I now have multiple account records with completed activities listed for contacts who no longer work there or are the incorrect contact altogether. How do I stop Zoho from creating activity history for multiple/incorrect accounts?
