ZOHO Attachments - new version - nothing happens when you click

Old version - click and gives you option to download or see in Zoho Viewer; new version - click and absolutely nothing happens.  It's like clicking on whitespace.

I have also read other postings - this is wasteful - to upload documents like this - better to have link either to ZOHO docs or Google Docs - that way they are dynamically for updating AND have got to save a TON of storage space.
