Zoho Automatically Merges Contact & Account

Had a customer sign up a month ago with the name "Robert" and I just had another Robert sign up yesterday. Only to come and find out that both contacts/accounts were merged even though there is no relevance in their accounts.

I ended up separating them manually and surprise, there it was again this morning.. What's going on lately?
