ZOHO Bad Service Standard
It is appalling that for paid users like us, ZOHO standard of service delivery is BAD...!!!
- Its been a day and our work is stuck, issue is not resolved...!!
- Never a CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE IS AVAILABLE WHEN WE CALL THE CALL CENTRE...
Appears that they don't have enough REPS to service paid users...!!!
- Always divert the calls to the voice mal.. IVR
