Signed up for a couple of Standard accounts in the last couple of days. Relaised I only needed one and checked the Zoho refund policy. I sent email and support request asking for a refund on one user but have no response. Seems that 24/7 is not really 24/7? Please help as I can't proceed with email set up until this is sorted.
