Zoho Blog - less post showing on front page

Hi,

most of my blog posts are videos and when the site loads all videos at once it gets really heavy, I would like to show 1 post, only the last post, on the front page or maybe 2, not 5 or more! The option is up  to 5, 10, 15 and 20 posts! That's way too much!

Could I use some snippet code so I can make a page to show only the last post on the blog? What would be that code? Also, I would need a link to show latest posts like a thumbnail or simply by its name, is that possible or I can only do it manually?
