Zoho Booking Integration Option With Sales IQ Codeless Bot Builder
I have checked the latest release of Sales IQ 2.0 and i think that's a really cool update by Zoho . I really like the features of Zoho Sales IQ 2.0 and the best thing is Codeless bot builder , it will help non techies to build a impressive chatbot. But the one thing which disappoint me is that still its not possible to integrate Zoho Booking with Zoho Sales IQ . In codeless bot builder there is no option to add a Zoho Booking block.
I personally think that Zoho Booking is a must feature of Sales IQ Chatbot because mostly leads wants to book the appointment with the consultant to enquire more about the service so in this case there has to be some option to integrate zoho booking with zoho sales iq i dont why you guys has not added this feature yet in the last 2 years . Every customer is not familiar with the coding stuff things and also they can not spend thousands on developer just to integrate Zoho Booking with Sales IQ . There has to be some inbuilt option to make a integration with Zoho Booking and Sales IQ
