Thanks for supporting Zoho Bookings.
We have released a new pricing structure today, July 10th.
The previous pricing was announced along with our beta release in March 2019. A snapshot of the previous pricing below.
In the last 15 months, many features have been added to the product. The new pricing is an effort to accommodate and price these features in the best possible way.
In terms of the pricing numbers, there is only a minor change... In the yearly billing of Premium plan, the price will go up from $40 to $45. Everything else remains unchanged.
The key changes are
- Staff based pricing - The current pricing is based on calendars. Calendars could be used either for a setting up the schedule of a staff or a resource. In the new pricing, we are treating staff calendars and resource calendars separately. In the new premium plan, there will be 10 staff calendars and 10 resource calendars. More staff and resources can be bought separately as add-ons.
- Workspaces will be part of add-ons: In the current premium plan, we offer unlimited workspaces. However, in keeping with the general practice of the industry and following the average workspace requirements of customers, we will be offering 3 workspaces as standard in the new pricing plan. More workspaces can be bought as add-ons.
- The number of staff as part of the Basic plan will be increased from 3 to 4 - Based on requests from customers, we are adding an additional staff to the Basic plan
- Allowing staff as add-on in the Basic plan - Another change based on the request of customers... In the current pricing, staff-as-add-on is available only in the Premium plan. This proved to be inconvenient to some of our customers. So, ware introducing it in the Basic plan as well.
- Online meetings will be added to the Basic plan - To continue supporting our customers during COVID and post-COVID world, we are bringing one more premium feature into the Basic plan.
- Zoho CRM sync will be added to the Basic plan - Zoho CRM sync is one of the most used features among our customers and therefore we are making it available in the Basic plan as well.
- Payments, customizable text notifications and revenue reports will become Premium plan features
