Zoho Bookings

Zoho Bookings, at its core, is an online tool your clients can use to book appointments with you. Any service, such as a salon or clinic, requires a mutually agreed upon time with a client. Clients will be able to access this information anytime online, choose a required service, choose an available date and time of their choice, and book an appointment with ease.

Bookings are used for some services like recruitment, educational institutions, so nowadays online meet is required. Bookings are integrated with Google Meeting to meet those needs.

Zapier

Zapier is an automation tool that lets you easily create workflows that involve common web apps and services. Zapier uses a simple trigger and action for creating commands, akin to "if this happens, then do that".

Zapier intermediate is there to link Zoho bookings with Google meet. Google meet apps will generate a meeting link when booking an appointment.

Steps to Integrate Zoho bookings with Google meet

Before integration, you must log in/ sign up for Zoho Bookings, Google meet, and Zapier accounts.

Step:1

Open Bookings -> video conferencing -> Google meet click try now

Step:2

It goes to zapier page -> click try it -> click Get start

Step:3

Click connect -> Select Domain (.in,.com, .com.au, .com.cn, .eu) -> click Accept -> connected your bookings account with zapier.

Step:4

Click Next -> click connect (Google meet)

Step:5

Select Google account -> Click allow connected to Google meet account with zapier and click Next -> connect calendar for this Google meet account and click Next

Step:6

Customize zap -> Required fields (Summary - Service name with customer name, Start date & time - Start time, End date & time - End time, Attendee Emails - Customer mail) -> Click Next

Step:7

Test Zap -> Send test

Step:8

Click Next -> Turn on zap.
