Zoho Books changes without notice, No Road Map, Please think about this...!

We have been using Zoho Books for a couple of months in our Start Up company. We must say we didn't have any issue with it, but suddenly and without notice Zoho Books behavior have been changed deeply without notice every couple of days, changes which are not communicated to customers in advance (not when applied either) and you just realize when you as user see than suddenly some things which use to work, suddenly do not work any more, then you ask Zoho Books customer service and they just tell you, this or that has been simply changed.
Workers from Zoho Books, can you realize how deeply your "small" changes in Zoho Books affect the workflow in the companies which rely on your software for their daily work.
- A couple of weeks ago you just said a contact in Zoho Books cannot be defined as Client and Vendor, only Client or Vendor, just like that. Reason to do that? It syncs better with Zoho CRM contacts.
- Now again another big change without notice, now a contact in Zoho Books cannot be changed from Client to Vendor, now you tell us we have to "duplicate" a Contact to have it as client and as vendor. Do you really understand that there are companies like us with hundreds of customers and hundreds of vendors that cannot just change our workflow and dance at the music of your group of programmers just because they decide so?
Now suddenly you have decided that Vendors in Zoho CRM will be sync with Zoho Books and contactos in Zoho CRM cannot be defined as Vendors any more, and they do not even sync to Zoho CRM any more, just like that, from on minute to the next, and what shall we do now with our hundreds of contacts in Zoho CRM? Convert all to vendors? Redefine are whole workflow from one they to the other? Do you understand that that breaks our company workflow completely?
Will this be your development policy? Making changes over and over again at your taste, just like that, to one of the most important software a company rely on its whole business? yes you can just not "play" with your customers that way folks!!!
No Road Map, Deep Workflow Changes without notice, What will be tomorrow? What is the next big change you have planned that we will just notice when we see that things just do not work.
We are deeply disappointed with Zoho in his "we change whatever we want without any prior notice, without giving you guys an alternative way, you customers play our music, that's our business and we do whatever we want", is that so?
We have invested 3 months setting up Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, customizing it for our needs for our Startup (quite a big project actually)
We will keep using Zoho for the time being (as we cannot change right now), but once ready we will migrate to another software company, a company that respect customers business, a company without "surprises", a company we can rely on.
