Hi Zoho Community & Zoho Support

We just tried to get a sync some products into Zoho Books from CRM using the native sync and we're getting an error: "It looks like some mandatory fields you're trying to map are empty. Please provide valid field names and try again."

There's no way to determine which mandatory fields are empty? We have provided values for all the mandatory (in red with asterisk) fields requested.

The only mandatory fields listed in the connector are

Name 

Qty in Pack (a custom field we have made mandatory)

Notice that the Status field (where is this in Books?) does not have any matching dropdown selection for CRM.

What are the other mandatory  fields we need to know about?

Are there any help or troubleshooting documents that might get us through this? Any tips or hints? We can't find anything!
