I'm on a 14 day free trial of Zoho Books, but I can't for the life of me get it to sync with Zoho CRM.

I get this message each time I try to connect it.

I've tried multiple user accounts in my Zoho CRM, including the super admin account but no dice.

Anybody have any advice for me? 

Zoho tech support, can you help me out here?
