Zoho Books Invoice not being created from CRM

Zoho Books Invoice not being created from CRM

This morning I created a Potential, and then a few minutes later, moved it to "Closed Won"...but unlike as it has happened in the past, Zoho Books does not create an invoice....I keep hitting the refresh icon, and no invoice is created.  This has worked in the past...is something broken?
