Zoho Books Invoicing Issues

Recently we have noticed customers being charged for multiple months invoices rather than just the current month. For example we had an invoice raised in March to be charged in April which is correct, and then an invoice raised in April to be charged in May. We like to give our customers 30 days noticed to before payment is collected.

However both invoices were being sent and charged (in April in this case). This is a large issue and we need it to figure out what is causing it. 

On top of this we also discovered that for some invoices the payment was happening much later than it should do.

For example we have an invoice that is showing overdue as the due date was 04/04/2023. This particular customer is setup to be automatically charged via GoCardless, however in GoCardless it is showing that they were only charged on 28/04/2023 to be paid on 03/05/2023. Therefore we are over a month late on payment. This is happening on a few different invoices.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and knows how to fix it?

I rang up and asked but didn't get very far and have sent chase emails to no response.
