When linking the data from Zoho Books into Zoho Analytics (which I did so to access data of our multiple companies), there doesn't seem to be a field in any of the tables that includes the 'description' of line items from a sales invoice, bill, credit note, journal etc. Without it, it makes the understanding of the transactions more difficult than it needs to be. To find out what it is you would have to open up Zoho Books for that company and search the bill number which is an unnecessary stop when the data is there to be extracted.

On the 'Accruals transactions' table the description in there is just a combination of 3 other fields; [Date] - [Transaction type] - [Transaction number]. All three items are already in other fields so this is useless to us.
