Anybody here facing permission issues with Zoho Books and Zoho CRM integrations. I have configured the correct module permissions for Zoho Books in CRM but my users aren't able to access the Zoho Books module. They are getting the error "you do not have sufficient permission..." See attachments.
If I change their CRM profile to administrator, they are able to access the Zoho Books module. I don't want their permissions to be administrator. If I set it to their own profiles, they get the error.
Any other permissions I should check? I really need all the help I can get. Thanks
