Zoho Business Contact Categories
There is no way to sort Zoho Business contact categories
- They show up in the same order as they were entered. If you have over 10 categories, a very common situation, it makes this very important feature very awkward and inconvenient. I have reported this many times and have yet to see any fix or response - could this be so difficult to correct?
Again, this is the contact CATEGORIES, not the actual contacts which can be sorted in different ways.
