Zoho Business groups for teams not just organizations

I have a Zoho Business account and now wanted to invite a colleague into my Zoho Business group. Unfortunately this is not possible since the other user also has an own Zoho Business account. He receives the following message:

You're are an administrator of your organization "blablabla". Either you should close the organization or change the administrator and ask your new admin to dissociate you from organization. Once you're dissociated, you'll be able to accept this invitation and join the organization "schmid".

It looks like it is not possible to be an administrator of one Zoho Business organization and become a member of another. This limits flexibility a lot - especially if you want to use Zoho Business for projects and not for whole organizations.

Any intent to change this limitation?
