Zoho Calendar and Google Calendar Sync

Zoho Calendar and Google Calendar Sync

Is this service working properly?  Maybe I am missing something but the sync does not appear to be happening.  My account is authenticated, I have followed all the initial steps.  Attached is the image that stays on my screen when I try to "Sync" the two.  Also, as soon as I hit sync in the lower corner it says "error" of some sort.
