Zoho Calendar and Zoho CRM synchronisation

Zoho Calendar and Zoho CRM synchronisation

I have successfully synchronised my CRM events to my Zoho online calendar and have set up the Zoho app and iCal link to my iPhone. As new to Zoho, I have 2 questions:

1. Why do the CRM events that map over to my online calendar not also map over to the iPhone using the iCal link? Only events set up in the online calendar map across.

2. My business partner's CRM events are also mapping across to my online calendar in the same colour, making it a very 'messy' and difficult to read calendar. Why?
