I would love any insight or work arounds for this, as I love zoho, but I'm at my witz end now with this issue. 

Almost every professional calendar (including zoho calendar - not in the crm) has the option to either share your events completely / block your events completely / or show whether your available or busy without any details of the event. This is such a basic feature for any busy company. So that events don't have to be public but others should be able to see availability. 

Zoho crm apparently does not have this. I like zoho so much that I was considering doing a work around to use zoho calendar or Microsoft with their sync features with the CRM. However, none of these solutions will work. Because a new "crm" calendar gets created in Microsoft or zoho calendar, and that calendar does not have the functionalities for allowing busy/available permissions. 

Please someone help with a solution so that I am not forced to leave zoho crm!
