Learn more.Rapid meetings- for those who juggle an endless stream of meetings without a break!
Rapid meetings help you shorten your meeting duration by altering the default event duration. It helps to add a short buffer between back-to-back meetings by giving you time to take a quick break or prepare for the next meeting.
Explore.Simplify the rescheduling process with Event time proposal
With Event Time Proposal in Calendar, collaboration becomes effortless. The attendees can now propose alternative times if they're unavailable during the scheduled event. No more back-and-forths; effortlessly reschedule with just a few clicks.

Explore!Keep your team informed by setting up Out of Office in your calendar
When you take days off from work, whether it's for a holiday, a business trip, or any other reason, it is always a good idea to update your calendar so that no one tries to schedule a meeting with you or add you to an event. You can now quickly set up an Out-of-Office Event to notify your contacts that you won't be available for a few days or even a few hours.
