ZOHO Campaign - Can our newsletter subscription list stay separate when we integrate with ZOHO CRM?
We have 4,000 email newsletter subscribers to our industry news daily newsletter. It is very popular. About 500 of these subscribers are in our ZOHO CRM. When we synch ZOHO Campaign and ZOHO CRM we only want to update the 500 records in ZOHO CRM with the click through traffic. We do not want to add the other 3,500 to ZOHO CRM as new records since we don't sell to them or have complete records. My questions are:
1.) Will ZOHO Campaigns update the 500 ZOHO CRM records without creating thousands of new unusable records at the same time?
2.) When a subscriber does become a Lead or Contact once we enter in the information into ZOHO CRM will this new record be then linked automatically to their click through history in ZOHO Campaigns?
3.) Lead / Contact Types - we have several different lead and contact types. Can we segment some of our emails based on this type? I believe the answer is yes from my review of your documents, however, I just want to be certain that is the case.
I like what I see with ZOHO Campaigns.
