Zoho Campaign Merge Fields Broken
We noticed that the merge fields code for email templates in Zoho Campaigns has changed to:
$[UD:FIRST_NAME||]$
The old $[FNAME|Customer|Guest]$ does not work anymore?
We sent out email automation which are using email templates that uses $[FNAME|Customer|Guest]$ and they are not merged with the First Name.
How do we change our merge fields to the new one without having to manually change them one by one for each email template, as we have A LOT of templates?
You should always make your platform changes backward compatible and not letting your customers integration break like that when an update happened.
Please let us know the best way to update all of our templates with these new code $[UD:FIRST_NAME||]$ as I could not find it anywhere on Zoho Campaigns and your documentations.
