Zoho Campaign - Subscribers/Contacts question
I just realized that Zoho Campaigns has a cap on the number of contacts that can be added vs the number of emails that can be sent out in a month. Is there a possibility to have a plan where we can at least add the contacts but not send out emails to all of them. I do want to be able to store the contacts regardless or not if I do an email campaign with them.
My use case currently is that I have an application that uses email login and I am adding those users to a Zoho Campaign list as soon as they signup. They are then sent out a simple welcome message right now. However I can't anticipate the traffic right now and how many customers will sign up, what happens if I max out the contacts limit, will it still add the contact (so I don't lose them) and just not send out the emails?
I have used SendInBlue (https://www.sendinblue.com/pricing/) in the past because they did allow unlimited contacts which for a startup like mine is ideal, the Zoho subscriber-addon pricing is quite hefty for a startup like mine if my customer just starts signing up.
Please advise, how can I work around this or if Zoho Campaign is not the right place to store the contacts? Perhaps Zoho CRM or some other module?
