I would like to request an enhancement to the integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns.

Currently, Rollup Summary fields in Zoho CRM are available for selection during field mapping, but I am unable to map a Rollup Summary field containing a Date/Time value to a Date/Time field in Zoho Campaigns.

When attempting to map these fields, I receive a field format mismatch error.

I understand that this is likely because the Rollup Summary field is internally treated as a text value, even though its output represents a valid Date/Time.

Requested Enhancement

Allow Zoho CRM Rollup Summary fields containing Date/Time values to be mapped and synchronised with Date/Time fields in Zoho Campaigns, with the necessary format conversion handled automatically by the integration.

Business Use Case

We use Rollup Summary fields to identify records based on dates and activities associated with related CRM records. We would like to use these calculated dates to segment contacts and automate targeted communications through Zoho Campaigns.

I have also explored managing these campaigns directly within Zoho CRM. However, when working with more than 500 records, this becomes difficult to manage efficiently.

Supporting Rollup Summary fields in the Campaigns integration would provide much greater flexibility for segmentation and automation without requiring additional custom fields or workflows to replicate existing CRM data.

Could you please consider this enhancement for a future release and advise whether there is an existing workaround?
