Zoho Campaigns, as a marketing solution for the ecommerce industry

As a user of Zoho Campaigns, you've probably seen the ecommerce module inside the product. 



 

Understanding that email marketing and ecommerce go hand-in-hand, we wanted to make Zoho Campaigns more effective for ecommerce email marketers. That's why a lot of ecommerce-centric updates were done in recent times. While our think tank and developers are invested in adding more capabilities, I thought I'd elaborate where Zoho Campaigns stands as a marketing solution for ecommerce email marketers right now. 

 

Integration options 

 

As you may know, the first step in realizing this benefit is connecting your store with Zoho Campaigns. Online stores built using BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Zoho Commerce can be integrated with Zoho Campaigns.

With workflows, you can envision how your customers would interact with your emails, design a complete journey, and completely automate it. Ecommerce is now a category in your pre-designed template gallery. All the templates are designed by taking into account the various communication needs in the ecommerce sector. The components of the drag-and-drop editor enable you to pull in your store-generated coupons and product images to the chosen newsletter template with ease. 




 

There's also a provision to automatically attach the pictures of abandoned products when the follow-up is done through workflows.
