Hi.

We are using Zoho CRM and Campaigns. We noticed that previously, we had incorrect emails for several hundred people. We have fixed or deleted those incorrect emails. In our most recent campaign that was sent to all our contacts. Here were our statistics, and here are our questions.

Statistics
1) Amount of emails sent - 4584
2) Amount of contacts - 6384
3) Contacts without emails - 527
4) Contacts that should have received an email - 5857
5) Contacts that Bounced in Campaign: 38

Questions

1) Are the people who have opted out automatically excluded from all future campaigns?
2) Are the people whose email addresses bounced in previous campaigns automatically excluded from future campaigns?
3) If they are excluded, does updating their email information automatically re-include them?


Any help would be appreciated on this. We are trying to figure out and fix emails we have incorrect, but we need to know how to get them back on campaigns.
