Hello Everyone! I am currently facing an issue regarding data from ZOHO campaigns in ZOHO CRM. So the problem I am trying to solve is that I have ZOHO CRM and it is integrated (SYNCED) WITH ZOHO campaigns. I want the fields in ZOHO CRM related to campaigns that is synced with ZOHO campaigns to be populated automatically. Please see the screenshots attached.
Screen shot 1: I can't access and download the data of Zoho campaigns in Zoho CRM in columns or fields.
After you have seen the screenshot 1 you might be able to understand the problem better.
Screen Shot 2: I want the column fields of the campaigns populated automatically and updated when a campaign is sent to recipients.
I want to make reports of the zoho campaigns data in zoho crm but currently i am unable to because i can't access the data of zoho campaigns in zoho crm. I also have companies data that get back to me from these campaigns if the lead source is email. And the fields in this section related to which campaign name they came from is also empty.
Please suggest me a way if this problem can be solved. Thank you!
