When using zoho campaigns we want to have new and existing customers be put into a lead status in CRM when they open / click a campaign from zoho campaigns.

1)     We are able to send new and existing customers to the CRM and we see them show up on our “home page” as leads but existing customers are not showing in the tab section.

Every email action should generate a lead/follow up. 

We need a quick way to recognize when our lead has taken action on one of our campaigns so we can get them started on the deal process.
