I've successfully sent marketing emails via Zoho campaigns, where synch contacts from CRM to Campaigns, send the email and then in CRM each contact has the campaign in the campaign area of their contact record and the member status changes (open, click etc.)

It hasn't worked this time though. I can click on campaigns in CRM and see the number of Delivered emails, and when I click on "Delivered" I can see the list of people who received it, but when I click on one of these contacts, the campaign isn't showing on their record.

Any help would be appreciated.
