ZOHO Campaigns - Updating Records and New Records Based on Criteria

I am creating Campaigns in ZOHO CRM using criteria.  Our criteria are very standard in the company and do not change. 

1st question 

When I update contacts or fill in missing information in the records of Leads/Contacts that are in the Campaign will ZOHO Campaign recognize these changes?  Hopefully the answer is yes. 

2nd question 

When I add new records to ZOHO CRM based and they fit the criteria of a ZOHO CRM Campaign will they automatically be added to the Campaign?  Hopefully the answer is yes.
