Zoho can't connect with snov.io

Hi,

zoho email can't connect with snov.io service to send emails using drip (I am using SMTP to connect).

this is what they say

"Unfortunately, you need to contact your email provider then 

Please pass them these errors we receive:
535 Authentication Failed..
Error imap_open

And ask them to whitelist our IP addreses:
smtp-email-sender1 3.233.189.223
smtp-email-sender2 52.22.225.15
smtp-email-sender3 54.158.118.19
imap-parser1 18.156.179.178"
