It is not just the visuals that Zoho changed. I have Dashboards setup and they were altered for the new version.
For example, in the old version, I have dashboards of "Vertical Bar - Stacked to 100%" setup. On the transition to the new UI, they were all changed to "Vertical Bar - Stacked" with an overlay of dollar amounts over the bars.
When you do a UI change, you should NEVER change the data and settings your customers are used to. This is a HUGE problem.
