Storage keeps increasing in your CRM with no possible way of cleaning it. I had a chat with support today and this was their answer "We are sorry for that, as we have mentioned the user might have attached attachment to any record or he might have files in the documents module. We are sorry as of now we do not have any option to check on our end, you should manually check each record and delete the attachment. We understand that it will be difficult to check and every record we have added the feature to clear the storage and it will be released soon. For now, you should check manually for all records."
We have over 50k records, how can you possibly suggest we have to clean this manually.
