Zoho Chat

There is something seriously wrong with zoho chat. It doesn't push the message to the other user and it opens up multiple instances of the same chat window if you get mad and try to click it again when it fails.
Also the collaboration on a Word type document is pretty klunky in terms of how and when it locks a file being collaborated on and how it refreshes peoples screens.
I love the DB application and am super excited about the Creator() application it looks sweet. Your Spreadsheet App is 5 times better than google spreadsheets . I think you could out google google.
One final thing is that the way you handle copy and paste requests is weird and when it screws up I couldn't use the undo button to fix it.

Thanks for the Awesome concept you have and I hope that you guys can resolve these bugs because WOW .... WOW .... Your online suite of Tools will be AMAZING!!
