Zoho Chat add-on for Zoho CRM

Hello.

We are investigating features of the Zoho CRM and would like to propose an idea: would it be possible to create an add-on for CRM to link all the contacts in CRM and chat history within Zoho Chat?

The same idea as you did for Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM.  We bought both CRM and mail add-on for our users, like it and it would be very useful to be able to see the chat history of each contact via CRM (from each network: ICQ, MSN, Jabber, etc.)

We would buy that add-on if you did that.  I bet many people wait for this feature, it would be unique and very useful. As you might know customer relationship manager usually means lots of converations using Instant Messaging clients and it's very annoying for users to save that history and then search for particular contact and then particular conversation.
