zoho.com account was automatically added to the zoho.com Azure Entra ID user directory
Update: It appears this happened in late 2017.
I tried to find another way to communicate what is a pretty significant issue. I discovered that there exists a zoho.com Azure Entra ID tenant. If I try to use my zoho.com account in my organization's Microsoft 365, it is identified as a Microsoft account and not an email account,
Is Zoho aware of this? Is this on purpose or did the tenant get created by accident? This is a real concern for me. I may look to going back to Gmail if something this significant can happen to a zoho.com account.
I would like my account removed from this tenant so I can use it correctly in Azure Entra ID. The account to remove is gary.t.schultz@zoho.com.
