zoho.com is not pointing to arvixe

I have a website www.heratmarket.com which hosted by www.arvixe.com I configured my mail server with zoho today but I encountered to errors when I got intouch with hosting company the said that zoho.com is not pointing to arvixe.com could you please help me in this case?
