Zoho Commerce hangs at checkou

HI Zoho

We are just about to launch our new online shop but we have noticed problem during our final tests at the checkout for logged customers 
Basically , zoho commerce will freeze once the contact details are entered and you press ,,continue,, 

You don't have this problem if you are going to checkout as guest , then you are able to complete the purchase without any problem 

My colleague was already talking with Felix from the Zoho Commerce team some days ago but since then we didn't hear from him 

We are under big pressure from our Head Office regarding this issue so I would appreciate if yo can look at this problem as a matter of urgency as the Online shop is ready , only this issue is holding us from launching
