Zoho Commerce integration with Zoho CRM

Zoho Commerce integration with Zoho CRM

Hello,

I just subscribed for a basic plan at Zoho Commerce but I cannot connect with Zoho CRM. When trying to connect the two platforms, after entering the special ZSC Key, the following problem appears: "You can integrate your Zoho CRM account with only a single store in Zoho Commerce. This account is already in use." 
In fact, we do not have any other published and integrated store in Zoho Commerce. 
Has someone experienced such a problem? How it could be fixed?
