Zoho commerce - Issue with checkout

Zoho commerce - Issue with checkout

Hello,

I am working on a zoho commerce project and I have come across some issues that I am not sure how to fix. When a customer is on the checkout page, their shipping address appears twice as shown in the picture, this happens for every customer. Can you please let me know why this is?



also, for some customers when they add a product to cart, i get the following error message
