I have a quick question regarding how I can log interaction between contacts in Zoho CRM and my Gmail account. I have a Zoho CRM account with another business and we have the ability to automatically log correspondence between the contact and myself in the CRM. I would like to have this on my second account, but cannot remember how to do it. To recap, my goal is have all correspondence via a Gmail account (emails) logged in my Zoho CRM automatically so I can keep track of how much correspondence I have received from a specific contact. Please advise on the process. Thank you so much!
