Zoho Control Panel not functioning correctly

I was just setting up an account, but find myself with a bit of a problem:
Additionally, if I navigate back to the domain setup page and try again, the loading message (
) is displayed for a while but, as with the Create Organization page, does not redirect me or indicate the domain was added.

When I attempted to acces the Control Panel manually (without redirection from the domain setup page) I was greeted with this:
Upon the completion of which, the page displays the loading message (
) but does not redirect me to any other page or show signs of completion following the message disappearing.
