What is the use of a Creator APP in CRM. I created an APP that defines a part number from many options and calculates a price. I brought that APP into CRM and I can see it in a TAB. So What? It seems I cannot do anything with the data.
The reason I are the App is because the Quote module does not allow complex parts, But by modifying the layout of the Quote Module, it doesn't allow me to access any fields from my imported APP.
If I create my own module to try and replicate my own QUOTE function, again if I insert a Lookup field and try to link to my App fields, they are not available.
Then i tried just making a template so that I can print the fields from my App, it is also not available.
Ami I missing something? How is the data from the App used in CRM?
