Zoho Creator Helpdesk: automatically create request via email

Hello,

Can you please let me know how I can have a new request automatically created via email to specific accounts (e.g.   info@agroenos.com, help@agroenos.com, support@agroenos.com) ?

Also, is it possible to answer a request submitted via email from within Zoho Helpdesk and have the requester receive the answer via email?

I have already provided edit access to support, via the following URL:
https://creator.zoho.com/admin.agroenos/help-desk/settings/edit/

Finally, can you please let me know what are the limitations of the free edition (besides the 2-users as technicians)?
