Zoho Creator Spreadsheet Import defeats me

Dear Zoho folks and support team, why is importing spreadsheet data so elusive ?

I thought I'd give your app another try as I am partial to the Zoho approach: I've been a happy subscriber of Zoho Invoice for four years now.

One option had been to wrestle with your CRM but I preferred the design and elegance of Creator.

Yet I can't import any spreadsheet data at all. I am clearly missing something, but what?

I've tried smaller versions of my data with an Excel spreadsheet with just five (5) rows.

I can see a preview fine.

But there are _no fields_ to click other than ID and I assume that is for an indexing column only (?)

 It seems that there seems to be no way to SELECT columns. I just get a "Please select columns to import" error message.

I have left this in the hands of the Creator support team but I wondered whether I just missed something really obvious, that this support forum could assist me with.
