Zoho CRMのキャンペーンタブにある子キャンペーンの活用方法
いつもお世話になっております。
Zoho CRMのキャンペーンタブに、数か月前から［子キャンペーン］というセクションができて、
キャンペーンのデータに対してほかのキャンペーンを関連付けることが可能になったと存じます。
この［子キャンペーン］は、どのような運用をイメージして追加されたものなのでしょうか？
弊社では、キャンペーンにオンライン／オフラインを問わず、見込み客や顧客との接点となる施策を
すべて登録しております。
たとえば、今期のセミナーというキャンペーンがあったら、その子キャンペーンとして、
開催日ごとのキャンペーンをひもづけるような運用が考えられるかなと思ったのですが、
特に子キャンペーン同士の［予算］や［実際の反応数］といった数字項目が自動計算されて
親キャンペーンに入る仕組みでもないので、どのようにデータを持たせるのがいいか検討しております。
Zoho公式としてどのような運用をイメージした機能なのか、お教えいただけますと幸いです。
また、「子キャンペーンをこんなかたちで使ってるよ」というユーザ様がいらっしゃったら、
活用例をお聞きしたいです。
