Good afternoon,

I have a question in regards to building a workflow rule.

Is it possible to build a workflow rule in which we ZOHO CRM does not automatically add to Customers the persons that we placed in CC and are from the same company? 

To explain this in detail : basically when i am sending an email to a customer and I place a colleague of mine in Zoho, Zoho will automatically register my colleague as my contact. Is it possible to have a rule in which we can block this addition? 

I tried with Workflow rules however i was unsuccessful. Should I also enter in the Google sync part?
